Returns & Exchanges
Cheltenham Florist is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of the time you receive it. Any Items that in our opinion have been damaged by the customer will not be refunded. Note: Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed for returns or exchanges.
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. We will occasionally contact you with news and special offers related to Cheltenham Florist. You can opt out of these at any time. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.
Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made by via our website or by telephone by credit card. We also accept payment in the shop when you collect your flowers.
Availability of goods you order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.
Delivery of goods
Our cut off time for sameday delivery is 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered the next working day unless otherwise specified. Cheltenham Florist will endeavour to ensure that all goods are delivered on the correct day but will notify you if this is not possible.
